I am considering getting these to go with my new Shuffle when it gets here. I will mainly be using at the gym and will probably clip the Shuffle to a shirt sleeve. I am wondering for those that own these how the cord length has worked out for you while working out at the gym? Please let me know your opinion soon as I would like to get my earphones ordered and here before the Shuffle arrives.

Thanks,

CEV

I love these earpieces, but when I am at the gym, they are not the ones that I like to use. The cord is too long for me when I work out with my ipod strapped to my arm. This is one time when I appreciate the Sony MDR EX 71. It has the 2 piece cord (a 3.5 foot extension, and the ear bubs with about a 1.5 cord). The cord stays out of the way, and any sound quality that a lot of people seem to think that this unit lacks, is lost. Also, they are definately more comfortable than my Shure E2c.

The cord is way too long to work out with. What you need is those two piece cords.

I am now leaning towards the SENNHEISER MX75. Sounds like they stay put very well while working out.
