It's in very good condition, a little peeling of the black around the top and bottom edges. Some very minor scratches on the screen, on the Apple symbol at back. Works perfectly, no defects thus far.
I'll include the iPod along with the original box/acessories. I used 1 Apple logo sticker, but there's still 1 left.
