hello. ive had my ipod 5g 30gb for 5 months. the left earbud stopped working today. luckily i bought the applecare. i requested a replacement part online at the apple website.
they make you give your credit card info before you can process your request for replacement. anyone have experience with replacing headphones? does the box they give you include postage paid return service? is it ups or us postal mail.
ive done returns to microsoft (xbox360 controllers were defective) they never asked for my credit card. just mailed me a new one and gave me a box with a ups sticker to return my defective controller.
