This iPod has never been used - absolutely no scratches, still wrapped in the plastic it comes in, and comes with everything else unused, headphones, headphone pads, iPod case, & USB cord.

This iPod was first obtained, new, two days ago - October 16th, 2006.

Look at the picture - the receipt date is: October 16th, 2006.

The receipt doesn't show what was actually bought on that day. 80gb ones are $349 + tax so the 60gb ones should be way cheaper than that instead the $389 + tax that you claim you paid for it. :shake:

I bought the 60 GB for WAY more than $350 and it was obtained, brand new, on October 16th!!! I'll even send you the receipt so that you can see for yourself.

I cut off the rest of the receipt (bottom), because I don't need all my personal info out there.

You could have include the items bought without showing you personal info.

Anyway, if you really paid that much for it, then you got ripped-off!
