iPod mini 6gb.
When I try to add new songs to the ipod and sync it it will usually go about halfway and then freeze. It'll freeze for about a minute (it will just be stuck at song 3 out of 6 or whatever). After that a message will pop up saying "This iPod cannot be updated. The required file cannot be found."
It will then stop the sync. I can press disconnect iPod after that and my iPod will disappear from iTunes but the actual iPod's screen will still say "Do no disconnect". The screen is stuck as that until I disconnect it from the USB cord, and when I do that I have to restart my iPod to get the message off.
