sequence in playlist after additions

Everytime when i add (itunes ) new songs from my computer (W XP) to my playlist on my Ipod (Video, 30GB) these songs are sorted at the end of the playlist (so as the last songs), but often I want them to be the first ones
When using itunes I can change the sequence everytime, but my ipod will not remember this the next time. When playing my ipod I can not change the sequence

Who can help me to change the sequence. I want to sort on the album name

Change the order of songs on the iPod and right click the playlist and select "copy to play order" see if this helps the iPod remember...

There has always been a problem with manual updated iPods remembering some ofthis. If you have the appropriate copy in iTunes, you could attempt erasing from the iPod and recopying the playlist in the right order from iTunes.
