urgent help needed asap!

ok, so i've just downloaded the new version of itunes but i just don't get how to use it. i want to get into my ipod so that i am able to delete stuff but i'm not sure how. i'm so confused

Click on the icon to the left of your iPod's name in the source pane and you will see the songs on your ipod appear in the main window pane. And read this:
