I have a question on a similar topic. If I buy an US iTunes gift card can I use it outside the US, to buy shows/movies/games?
Sadly there is currently no way to buy stuff from iTunes if you're not from the countries that have the iTunes Store.

Yes, technically you can do this, but you would have to register a new account on the U.S. iTunes Store with a U.S.-based address.
Unless you actually do have a legitimate U.S. based address, making one up could be considered fraud.
Further, the Terms of Sale (http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/sales.html) of the U.S. iTunes Store clearly state:
U.S. SALES ONLY
Purchases from the iTunes Store are available only in the United States and are not available in any other location. You agree not to use or attempt to use the service from outside of the available territory. Apple may use technologies to verify such compliance.
