Has anyone experienced a mild crackling sound in their JBL Duet speakers? The website actually has an answer to fight it with iPod, but after checking connections, quality of mp3, making sure sound levels are adjusted, etc., I still get the crackling during songs and after songs have stopped intermittently.
It is driving me nuts!! When I called the people at Harmon, they asked me to fax my receipt for the speakers, wihtout even trying to get me to do anything additional to them, but I have the nerve to take them back to where I bought them.
I am not next to a computer room, it is on a table in my office by itself, I have turned my cell phone off while I listen....and NOTHING!!! Still crackling noise!
Obviously, I could use some help here...not my week for external sound sources, I'll tell ya'!
