Hey everyone. I have a few questions about my 4G iPod mini. Hopefully someone can halep me out. OK. here they are. You can also conatct me at SalsSoLehiPitch7 on AIM, and salssolehipitch7@aim.com through email.
1. I heard from my friend recently that if I can submit an e-mail to Apple stating three problems I have with my iPod mini, they will ship me an iPod nano for free. But they will only do this if I send my iPod mini back. Is this true?
2. I've had many problems with my iPod, but this one keeps coming back. Sometimes when my battery runs out completely, I put it on the charger and let it recharge. If I take it off after it charges, sometimes it won't turn on. In fact, it may not even turn on for a few days! When it finally does work, the battery is dead again! Can someone help me out with this? Can this be from dropping it? Can this maybe just be a case of needing a new battery? I've had it since June of 2005. Is it worth getting a new battery, or just getting a new iPod(for price reasons)?
3. if I do decide to get a completey different model iPod, can I transfer my songs on to it. If I have an iPod mini now, can I transfer those same songs on an iPod Nano or an iPod Video? Please let me know.
If you have answers for me to any of these questions, please respond to this. Thank you!
