HelP!!! with nano!!!

Hello, new to the forums and was wondering if anyone can help me big time with this problem i have...

First off i have searched and nothing came up...

i use my ipod nano often and just recently started updating songs from work and home and when i used it to update songs into my list at home it would not allow me to.. on top of that it now does not turn on when i have it plugged into the usb port. and makes a buss sound!!!

Please help. I can't seem to be able to reset or anything.

Welcome. Reset is pressing and holding the menu + play/pause button until the Apple logo appears. If this is what your trying to do and it won't respond then plug it into an outlet and charge it. If it isn't responding when plugged in just leave it to charge for several hours. Then periodically try and reset it after it has charged for a few hours and keep trying this for 24 hours. See the Apple support section on this issue as well.

ok, great thanks for the info i don't have the wall charger for the nano right now I am at work.

but what would make that quiet buzzing sound coming from the nano...???

cause when i plug it into the usb cable i heard a buzzing sound.
