I'm not sure the exact method to duplicate this bug, but try this.
Sync the iPod up with the computer. Do whatever (or nothing), then unmount and disconnect.
Change the Repeat setting (doesn't matter from what to what, just to something different).
Make an OTG playlist (can be just one song in length). Then play it and notice the Repeat icon is what it USED to be before you changed it. And it acts the way its icon is, not the way the setting actually is.
Normal playing works fine. It's just the OTG playlists.
Odd... Either that or my iPod is broken (not corrupted firmware, I've restored multiple times).
