I installed Receiver (Pioneer 7800-MP) and iPod interface (CDIB100II) with no problems.
I tested it with a iPod 5G (Video) worked flawless... really nice feature to control from the head unit.
However when trying the iPod 4G (Photo), it would not work from the Head Unit. It was necessary for me to control my songs from the iPod itself.
I updated the iPod 4G's firmware to 1.2.1 and tried it again, still nothing. I'm not sure what the problem could be.
The main difference between the two is that the iPod 5G (Video) comes from a Windows PC, and the iPod 4G (Video) comes from a MAC.
Any ideas?
