We have two computers in our house. I have always ran my nano through one of them.
There was a song on the other computer that I wanted on my iPod. So I plugged my nano
into our other computer. (We do have iTunes on both of them)
Once I plugged it in, I could not see any access to my iPod in iTunes. So I had no way to
put any music on it... or even worse, properly unplug it.
I tried removing it safely through Windows, but as you probebly already know, that dosn't work.
So my last option was to just disconnect it from my computer... Big mistake.
Now everytime I pick up my iPod and turn it on, it asks me what language I want.
And there is no music no pics, nothing but games. And I can't get it to connect to Windows or iTunes.
I have reinstalled iTunes. Deleted the "Bin" folder. Reinstalled iPod Updater, and all those
other Apple trubleshooting steps. I need it in 3 days.
Do I have to send it in?
Do you know how to fix it?
