Wow...
So I'm getting some food at the mall yesterday (not too smart to begin with, being two days after thanksgiving, but it wasn't my suggestion), and I go to get my iPod out of my pocket to check the time...
As I pulling it out, I guess I didn't have a firm grip and I fling it out of my pocket and it lands onto the tile floor. 3 foot drop at least, I'm guessing.
It's in my electra iskin and it was face down on the ground. I picked it up, flipped the hold switch and (as the subject gives away), the screen turned on. PHEW!
I've been using it a lot in the last day and a half and it's been just fine. I've been one of the complainers about the eXo's thickness, as I've just wanted it for scratch protection ("oh, no...I'd NEVER drop my iPod. I'm too careful!"), but I'm glad it was as thick as it was yesterday!
Just thought I'd let the forum know what kind of protection this really can add.
