iPod just completley not working

I'm havin a problem with mine and i've tried everything (Including going to the site) and i wanna see if theres any solution before i send it to Apple.

This show up on your ipod? And if so what did you do to fix it?

I tried iPod Updater but everytime i plug it into my computer, the computer freezes up and the updater says Program Not Responding.

Can any1 help?

Like i said, i've tried the things on that site, I've done the 5 R's a while ago.


But now i got it working, it turns on and plays the songs ect ect...

But when i connect it to the computer, everything to do with iTunes or iPod freezes up until i unplug it.

And when i do get iTunes open the iPod doesn't show up in iTunes, and iTunes is froze anyway....
