Transferring Library from Old iPod to New iPod

Hi. I need to buy a new iPod (probably the same 5th Gen) and I wanted to know how difficult it would be to transfer my old Itunes library to my new iPod. I would be using the same laptop (with Windows). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
