View Full Version : impossible to order from iskin

i'm tryin to order an exo2 from the iskin website, when i try to click the 'add to cart' button, nothing happens, it just stays on the page.
i've tried to order using my computer in work and at home, so i know my computer doesn't have a problem,
anyone else have this problem or have an idea what the story is?

I had some weird issues trying to order from a site the other day so I used windows update and there was an IE upgrade, fixed it. I don't know if you're on Windows but if you are, check for updates.
You might be referring to my site www.xksn.com. When you click submit the order is entered into your cart but the page does not refresh (your order form is sitting on another layer), look at the top right of the page and you will see the amount, click the cart icon and your order details will appear. My site is designed to accept multi orders with one click.

If you are reffering to the www.iskin.com website, when you press add to cart, it will stay on the same pages but look at the bar above the order area, and it will say how many items are in you cart, and "view cart".
I just checked the iskin.com order page and their site now works like mine now too, I am glad to see that mores sites are beginning to see the advantage of not taking you to your order form once you enter submit. I have seen so many large online companies use this method of select and item, click submit, go to your order form, continue shopping. It is like going to a grocery store and every time you put an item into your cart you head to the check out counter and then back to the aisles to select another item.
