Hi all,
On my gf's mini, the other day she tried to use it and the icon with the folder came up, so she gave it to me to try and fix it as she had no idea. I have tried to restore the ipode using restore but it says firmware is corrup and disk update failure using the ipod software.
I tried to format the ipod in windows as i can see the drive in explorer but it tries to and then says format error. Now i have absolutely no idea what else to do,
ive read somewhere that i can try to format using a format program but whats a good one to use for windows and will this still allow the ipod to work for music.
