Using iPod as an alarm

My favorite local radio show is going to be switching to afternoons, so I decided to try setting up my iPod alarm to wake up to podcasts. It seems like apple has incorporated a lot of nice features to make this work smoothly (bookmarks, subscriptions, auto deletion). Does anyone else do something similar, any tips for me?

I think you can set it to play a play list.

Yeah you have to make a playlist of podcasts, you can only point the alarm to a playlist. So far it works pretty well, if only I could find some better podcasts!
