Cannot retrieve music on iPod!

I cannot retrieve 60 albums on my iPod through iTunes. I'm on Windows 2000.

Also, I've bought albums through iTunes Music Store. I do not have digital backups on my hard drive. I do not want to pay for albums again.

iTunes does not allow transfer of files from the ipod to your computer to deter people from stealing music.

To do it you have to use 3rd party software, like Podutil. See our windows software section here:

or ephpod which works excellently. I recommend ephpod over itunes any day. except for making playlists.
