shuffle or nano??

hi,
I am looking at both the shuffle and nano 1gb. I will need it for daily use and long plane trips. Any opinions or idea's apprciated:D

So are you asking in which of our opinions that we should suggest to you buying?

If so, only choose the 1gb nano if you're going to want to view photos on a tiny little screen. Or you want to navigate through your music collection. Choose the shuffle if you'd like a smaller cheaper iPod. Though there isn't a screen on there and you'll have to press through it or use the shuffle feature. The choice is entirely up to you.

For more entertainment value on long plane trips, I would choose the nano because you can view photos, browse lyrics, view calendars, play games, etc. as opposed to just being able to play random music.

I would say the nano. However the shuffle is better for durability or if you prefer to "grab N go" instead of meddling with menus.

well if you are going on a trip than i would get the nano because u can take a camera and take pics, then u can upload the pcitures onto your ipod and remember the fun! a shuffle doesnt have a screen so you have to keep clicking, but with an ipod nano u hve a perfect screen and it is even in color, besides while you are waiting on a plane you can play some of the games on it lyk solitare and more. you should definantly get the ipod nano, but heres a hint of advice: do not get the black one if you do not intend to get a case because they scratch badly! good luck with your decision and i hope this helped!
