iPod Earphones Sound Problem

My earphones that got shipped with my iPod are having technical difficulties. The right side earbud plays louder than the left side. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

go to apple support and fill out some forms. they will make you mail in your broken headphones and in return, they will mail you new ones.

No they won't make you send out you broken earphones. Just fill out the form. Here's a link http://depot.info.apple.com/ipod/ You need to enter you serial number. I can't get to the fill out sheet because my ipod is out of warrenty.

sorry, i thought i remember reading that apple now makes you mail in your old ones.

my warranty expired over a year and a half ago
