Hi,
We've been left with about 1,000 faulty iBeat units and the company who supplies them (Design Annex) has taken the attitude that if they ignore me they won't have to deal with the issue.

After fighting for over 6 months now I'm looking for some serious action.

Does anyone know if the US has a regulating body that looks after these things. In Australia, the Office of Fair Trade would force a company to take back the faulty goods.

We've obviously got a decent amount invested in this stock and they have admitted that the batch we received was faulty.

The Better Business Bureau (http://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx) might be able to help you.

That link is to their "File a Business Complaint" Page

Their site is www.bbb.org

The BBB may not be gov't, but should be able to help.
