Aloha, I first tried ordering one of the new iTrips back in October off clubmac. After finding out it was backordered (and not realizing everywhere else I looked it was as well) I canceled my order. I did a little searching and thought I found another site, macconnection that had some in stock. Come to find out it's not in stock there either, bah. So yesterday, after figuring out it had been a month since placing the order for the iTrip and still seeing it with a backordered status I called macconnection, they said it wasn't in stock and they weren't sure when it would be. The women said maybe sometime in December.
So if anyone knows of any sites that do have the new iTrips in stock, please please please post them, thanks.

10-4 tried it, not in. Only place I found that had them were eBay, but most were close to $50, guess I'll just keep waiting.

I don't suppose you're close by to an actual apple store. I heard of the iTrip last week and walked in to the one here in Plano and they had a bunch of them.

The Apple Store had a lot for their music event the Friday after Thanksgiving. I ended up getting one w/a 10% discount.

ya, i walked in to an Apple Store and they had a bunch of iTrips in the store. it works pretty well, although i'm in a major metropolitan area so sometimes i do get some static, etc.

If you want an Itrip, order from Apple's website. Ordered mine on Sunday night, got it on Tuesday afternoon.

Friend of mine found a site and ordered one for both of us, nearest apple store is on the big island i think too far.
Got 2 iTrips for 3G iPod from Compusa in Pittsburgh area yestereday(12/5). And I was surprised about the price, one for 29.99.

I will sell you mine. I used it for a total of one hour. then I came here and found out how to hardwire it to my car. I don't have a need for it. $30 shipped. It is in the box with all of the things it was shipped with. I just don't need it.
