Well I just got my new xSkin case from Lajo today. Funny thing is my friend and I were just coming home from the big Best Buy sale, and we saw a DHL truck parked in front of my house. I was very excited, and opened it immediately.
I saw a black case inside a Mac Clear case with a separate clear iShade. I saw the difference right away. The buttons and the scroll wheel now have protection. The silicon is cut just right on the buttons and the wheel, so it doesn?t mess up how you scroll the wheel and press the buttons. Actually, it was more comfortable using the iPod with the case on because of its sleekness and grip. The text is harder to see with the xSkin on and even with the light it?s just a blur. However, if you are a true iPod owner then you should where and what the buttons are by now. =) The size of the case isn?t any different, or doesn?t seem any different from the previous iSkins.
I recommend this case to any cautious iPod owner because I can tell that this case will protect their iPod from scratches. It is definitely worth every penny, and I congratulate whoever came up with the design because it satisfies my needs.
Below are some of the pictures I took of the case. (Camera used: Canon Powershot G3, with a SunPak auto 383 External Flash/Tripod and some Photoshop 8.0 CS adjustments.)

Enjoy! They will be up on my website shortly.
