headphones for simpletons

I don't care to spend a great deal on headphones since my hearing isn't all to clear anyway. What are some decent, low cost headphones that have some/all of the following attributes:
1. over the ear style
2. comfy
3. slightly flexible
4. under $50

it might be asking a lot, but I hope someone can help out!
