i really need help. okay..recently my ipod is really dying because it shows up the folder icon. Somtimes i still can browse the songs and listen to it..yea sometimes the song skips. I was trying to copy my songs to my hard drive, my computer shows that they detect there is a new drive. But my itunes doesn't recognize it. I couldnt click on my ipod drive cuz it would freeze my com. I don't know what to do since i really need the songs in my ipod.i tried to use the recovermyfiles software but it just freeze when the program was trying to search for the files in my ipod. im screwed. help me plz. anyway i did the diagnostic mode and did the hdd scan and it said it was good. i don't really care about my ipod rite now i just wanna be able to transfer my ipod songs.
