Ok, when I got my new iPod on sunday (again), I got the DLO Jam Jacket. I thought it would be good, because it's like the Lajo iSkin. Once I got my iPod, I opened it, and immedaitly put it in the case. Now I've had it about 3 days, and I've found it to attract lint and dirt from my pocket. I was wondering does the iSkin do this? I find it annoying, and for 20 bucks I'll be willing to get a new case. If you can give me some suggestions on some case replacement.. also, is there like any way that I can like destaticsize the jam jacket or an easy way to clean it? Thanks, because I find the case to be almost as important as the iPod.

iSkin attracts lint, too. Mine's covered with dog hair. I hear that rubbing it down with a dryer sheet works pretty well to clean it, but I've never tried it myself.

Yup iskins are dust magnets too. For a semi better alternative the new exo2 from iskin.com claims to have an antistatic coating on it.

i was looking through the iskin picture thread, and i was wondering do all the iskins have that keychain thing on the side, and on the back all those holes.. just wondering..

and i heard iskin.com stinks, but they are the only one that offer the exo2 so what should i do if i wanted that case?

I suggest getting lajo's xskn exo2, because it offers more protection than the iskin.com exo2 (lajo's covers the buttons). iskin.com also has a very bad reputation for delaying shipment for extremely long periods of time (I ordered my exo from them in JULY and did not recieve it until the end of SEPTEMBER!)

is lajo's anti-static like the iskin.com one?

also.. does the exo a magnet for hair, lint, and dirt like the jam jacket, because if it is, why do so many people like it?

it is a magnet, but it is extremely easy to wash and dry (3 minutes) and it looks like new again, and i did find a way to limit 80% at least of the dust and hair using anti-static sheets.

You could try an ultra clear zip case over your silicone case and you will stay dust free longer. The moment I find a safe additive that can make silicone lint free you can be sure that I will use it, in the meantime cling free looks like a reasonable bet. I thought of it but could not get it to test in China.
