Insert disk?

I plugged in my iPod to update, and its giving me some pop up box that says "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:" It gives me the options to click "Cancel" "Try Again" and "Continue". However, no matter what I click, it immediately pops back up!! My iPod still says "Do Not Disconnect" as if it's updating, but I doubt it is.

Why would I need a disk? I've never had this problem before! Can anyone help me? :o

Nevermind. Its working now. I hate electronic devices.
