I lost my "recently added" playlist

I resently had to reinstall my itunes and now when I put all my music and videos back their is no recently added recently played and all the other ones

Well first of all, you're not going to get anywhere being a jerk... nobody is going to want to help you. Second of all... you didn't actually ask a question, you just stated a fact... did you want people to come in here and congratulate you or something? Though I'm assuming you wanted to ask how to get those playlists back. If so, it's easy to just recreate them yourself by making new smart playlists... they're fairly self-explainitory. As far as the recently added one, if you reinstalled itunes, then you probably lost all your playcounts and it probably shows all your songs as added at the same time, therefore they will all appear in the recently added playlist.

Either rebuild the playlists (they are just prebuilt smartplaylists, just build them again manually), or you can look in the iTunes folder for an old library file. Search your computer for different library files. It could be that during the reinstall your previous library file got moved into a "previous itunes library" folder. Replace the previous file with the new file and it might rebuild your previous playlists for you.

file->new smart playlist. Then create it to whatever specifications you like. And next time, please be polite. We're here to help, but it makes us not want to help when you make comments such as "this is a great place, not a waste of time at all"

File-->New smartplaylist.

For recently played, use "last played is in" "Whatever timeframe you want"

Select live updating and match only checked songs if desired.

For a recently added playlist, use "date added"

Look at all the different options to make amazing smartplaylist possibilities.
