I just received the new Belkin TuneBase FM that the Lounge gave a review of B+. I give it a D or so. The static was horrible. I know the whole story that most FM transmitters suck, etc but this is my only choice right now.
So As I was testing it out I was thinking great, I get the Ipod and have this crappy sound. I researched many on here and I know most are not great except the best reviews I saw were for the Scosche FM Transmitter. Since I was headed to WM I figured I would check them out.
They didn't have the $17, but the one for $24, but it apparently is the "new" one, I got black. It comes with the Ipod dock connector plus the 3.5mm to mini USB cable. I know the other charger type seemed to suck, but figured I would try it.
It works very well!!! I like it much more then the Belkin, it is going back. I am tempted to see if the $17 one works even better, but I think I am happy with this one and since it charges also, I don't have to deal with the seperate charger, etc. I hear a little static sometimes, but none of the channels I have found in ATL are going to be great.
