Hi there,
I really want to order a Denison Ice>Link Plus but I need to find out for certain if it will work with my car stereo. I've read in various places that it doesn't work with the Ford 6000CD stereo, although there are actually two versions of this stereo, one that has the volume control in the middle and one that has it to the left. My understanding is that the one with the volume control on the left is the older version, which does have the CD changer socket at the back (and is therefore compatible with Ice>Link Plus) but I'm not 100% sure if I've got this right. Please could someone confirm this for me?
The sites that sell this product are very unhelpful as none of their compatibility charts seem to distinguish between the different versions of the 6000CD. I've seen posts on other forums which indicate that some people have been using Ice>Link with this stereo so I know it's possible with one of the versions.
