Hey,

I'm looking for some help here, i'm trying to find the best FM trans. that will work w/ the iSKIN case. I want to get this for my sister for her birthday but majority of what I could find on here only seems to work w/o a case. I don't just want an fm trans. that plugs into the audio out. I like the idea of the Flexi-dock thing, but that doesn't work w/ a case on... Someone anyone please, I need some help.

I highly recommend the Kensington DIGITAL FM Transmitter.

It's a combination FM transmitter and charger.

It should work well with most cases since it just has a dock connector plug which plugs into the iPod, just like any charger cable. The other end of the wire contains the FM transmitter which is built into the charger base.

It's also recommended by iLounge. They felt that the transmitter alone was the best they'd seen.

In my experience, the transmitter does work extremely well, and the product design is beautifully done as well. It's very easy to tune to the right station using the rocker switch and looking at its built in LCD, and you can tune to ANY available FM station. They even have three presets (which you can use just like the presets on your radio: Press and hold to set it). The presets are great for quickly jumping to different stations for different areas.
