Bottom mount iTrip?

How well does it work...or is it more of the same as the earlier iTrip, just repackaged?

If u have a new iPod, u don't have a choice do ya?

It doesn't matter whether top, bottom, side, rear mounted. FM will always be bad no matter where u mount it. Say no to FM if u EVER hope to get your Pod to sound better.
