Whats better for access to controls and syncing via dock?

Whats better? The Marware Sportsuit convertible delux or iPod Armour. I want to be able to synch and controll the ipod in every way without taking it out of the case.

None of them can sync thru the dock. You can't even use the controls with the iPod Armour and with the Sportsuit you need to open it. I would recommend the new eXo 2 from www.iSkin.com or some of Lajos products. He will release a own version of the eXo 2 soon, www.lajo.biz. Please note that none of these can sync thru the dock

How much thicker does the eXo case make the ipod?
Would it fit in the sports case?

its not much thicker, it adds a few centimeters but thats about it, i dunno if it would fit in another case, but Lajo does include a Maclear case designed for use with the exo with it

If it's a few mm then it's going to fit in a case easily.
I went to Marware's website and it says you can synch via the cable, so I'm thinking of getting this one.

If you want iPodArmor-"ish" hard case protection, but still be able to dock and use it without ever taking it out of the case, Try the Speck Flipstand... (it comes w/ its own dock).

I use the MARWARE Convertible and I swear by it. The lid is completely removable so the "open lid" point is moot. If you don;t want the hassle of a lid, take it completely off. Anyway, that's my 2 cents for the day. My vote is for the MARWARE case.

I finally decided to get a Manware, as I had the case before that. My priority is to see the screen and control the iPod rather than dock.
