Well with the newspapers here catching onto the fact that Paul and Heather McCartney have spent four or five nights apart, ergo they are divorcing, Paul might be needing the money from iTunes sales ;)......
Shame really.
How is it not a breach of the contract?

Depending on which side of the fence you're standing, it could be getting off on a technicality, or legitimately not in breach. Whatever. I'm pretty sick of lawsuits these days - if the UK is anything like the US in that respect, the whole lawsuit thing is WAY out of hand.

I just hope that they can get along together. I want to buy Beatle records on iTunes and I bet many others have been waiting with me. I've got two records so I don't care as much as others, and I would only buy selected songs from iTunes. Although, they might request iTunes to sell the whole record instead of individual songs like other artists/bands have done.
