Your best bet is probably ebay. Sell it for about $220, then add a little money and you'll have enough for the 15 GB iPod.

Well you're not getting more than $240 for it on ebay.

I'll give you a tin of pineapple chunks for it, and I'm being bloody generous. It's a heap of donkey-do, which is presumably why you want to trade it.

Really? What makes it "donkey-do"? I think it's a very nice, advanced player. If I was to buy a flash player, the 395t would be on the top of my list.

Oh alright. One tin of pineapple chunks and half a packet of oreos. But you're robbing me blind, here.......

nobodys gonna trade you a top of the line 10+ gig player for a lowly 512mb flash player...you better consider putting some cash up or just sell it...they dont go for more than 300 on ebay, and thats for brand new and sealed

I'll throw in a bag of M&M's
Jackonicko

I'll see your M&Ms and raise you one week's belly-button fluff........
This is the problem with auctions, you get competitive and soon you're bidding way more than something's worth.....

I'll see your weeks worth of belly-button fluff and raise you one of my kid's dirty diapers!

I knew it would happen. A dirty diaper, plus all the rest is worth far more than this heap of donkey do.....
You have the winning bid, mate.

Wow. That was pretty harsh.
How about some statements to back up your arguments?

This chap wants to trade a mediocre 512 Mb flash player for a mint (not refurbished!!!!!) 15 or 30 GB iPod.
Do you expect anyone to take it seriously?
Catch yourself on, as they say in Ireland.

I dont think the members in this forum will be able to trade their IPOD for you Iriver for they will no longer have anyting to giz on when they wake up in the morning.
Best bet would be to sell it on HeadFi and u should have enough for a used 10gb model.
Or use that money to get the much better ihp-120.....just kidding IPOD freaks.

You may be right of course.
Though I?m still clever and healthy enough to be able to correct your poor grammar and spelling:
?neither your part stupid or your mentally ill and you need to learn how to shut da #### up?
should presumably read:
Either (not neither) you?re (you are, you see, not a possessive) part stupid or you?re mentally ill and you need to learn how to shut up
I also know how to spell:
Accessories
Original
Mine
Refurbished
And Crazy
And I?m not the one expecting to trade a ifp-395t player for an iPod.
Who?s ?part stupid? again?
You, on the other hand, clearly need to learn the value of consumer electronics, and the usefulness of a sense of humour....

Going rate for an iRiver ifp-395t player: 1 Dirty Diaper
Going rate for Jacko's last post: PRICELESS!

Oh dear.
Todd and I are beginning to look as though we're picking on the bloke and we're not. Really. Despite his rudeness above. It's just a harmless joke, and a bit of teasing at an unrealistic aspiration.
