will a proclip ipod holder work with a panvise mount?

i want to use a proclip 3g ipod holder with a panavise mount. is this possible? also, can i mount the panavise mount of the left side of the center console of my ls400, or does it have to be mounted on the right (as pictured with one of he mounts on the website)? thanks!

yes, the proclip just uses screws (or use the special tape they give you). So if they dont match up, worst comes to worse you just drill another hole in your panavise.
