Ok, so I have already had one ipod which had to be returned due to the battery life being virtually non-existant.
I was sent a brand spanking new replacement, which I've had about a week now. And lo and behold, ANOTHER problem.
I ALWAYS have it set to shuffle songs, I like the randomness. However, this ipod doesn't seem to. It keeps randomly reverting back to the apple screen, which it stays on for a few seconds then takes me back to the menu, just as if you've just turned it on for the first time. Sometimes it does this after playing 5 or 6 songs perfectly. Other times it does it when I click to skip forward a track. It doesn't seem to do it while a song is playing, only when it is about to move on to the next one, or if I skip it forward myself. This is, understandably, really annoying. And worrying since I can't deal with ANOTHER faulty ipod and the whole ordeal of sending it back again.
Ive reset it several times, thats no good. Any advice?
