Etymotic ER6i malfunction - please help!

Hi

These phones have been great until one day last week when I plugged in and there appeared to be no sound in the right ear plug. There is actually some sound but very faint compared with the other one.

I have not dropped/stood on them etc so wondering what may be wrong.

Any tips? or how can I get them repaired? I live in LONDON, UK.

I bought them 'nearly new' from a guy on Amazon who didn't like the fit so don't think I have a warranty. Thanks!

I would call Ety and they will try an dtake care of you. Most likely, the cable needs to be replaced which you can do yourself with some replacement cables. The wires in the cables they use are very thin which means the break faster.
