Ok heres the deal.
I have a generation 2 touch wheel but it has the buttons clicks. I have been trying to get it to work forever now. I have plugged it in to the wall, cause it said to on the ipod and did, i let it charge. then plugged it into my computer, the computer just recoginzes (sp?) as a mass usb drive. but when i try to go back and look at it, it sees it as a ipod, so it knows that i connected an ipod. (running windows XP) everytime i try to start my ipod it gives me that folder thing on the screen then turns off. i tried using ipod updater, it says cant mount ipod. ive tried another program to even format the ipod but it doesnt relize what it is..
any questions on how to get the updater to work so i can start listening to songs agian? :confused:
