Just got my iPOD

I just bought a 3g 20GB iPOD last week. I bought it off of EBAY and everything was perfect. I just wanted to say that this lounge was very helpful and still is very helpful. I did have some initial problems with setting up my iPOD for use but I called tech support and he helped me fix it within 10 minutes. For some people who have Norton's Anti-Virus, that can stop your computer from recognizing your iPOD. That was my problem. IF anyone has any music suggestions for me that would be great. I like everything except country. Keep up the good work!!!! I really enjoy this forum.

how did you go about fixing the norton probleM?

All you have to do is right click on the norton's icon in the task bar and click on disable auto protect. Once you do that your computer will recognize new hardware and a mass storage device which is your iPOD. After that it should be in iTunes or MMJB whichever you use.
