How do you charge your ipod?

Most of us use the pc/mac but does any one use solar chargers, games consoles USB ports etc... vote away!

i charge mine by computer and now by ps2.

I use the wall charger predominantly, but occasionally, I use my PS2 or the good ol' PC.

i did not know it but the ps2 can charge the ipod. so i charge by ps2 now instead of the computer.

I charge my iPod when I update it and when I travel and when not updating with a wall charger. I used to use my car lighter but now I stay far away from that because I fried my old iPod doing that.

i never feel like buying a wall charger, especially now i'm charging my ipod through ps2... i might buy one if i go abroad

Use my Mac, or when away , a wall charger. Whats the point of charging by PS2. It has to be pluged into you Computer to update so why not use that? and for on the go , the wall charger, Solar or Car charge are better.

I either have in in my stereo dock, which charged it even when it's not in use, or plugged into my wall for charging. Both work quite well. I don't have a car yet, but if I did I'm sure I'd charge it via a car charger or transmitter.

I simply just leave it plugged into my charger when I sync. Well, because I forget about it.


But then I come back, and its fully charged.

surprise, surprise the wall charger comes up as 2nd used charging option. I bet most people use the computer when updating music and then the wall charger when in other areas of the house. PS2 comes above car lighter and solar charger...

Same - It's hard to charge the iPod when I already have other devices plugged in...webcam...keyboard...mouse...etc.

I charge my iPod's in an Universal Dock, powered by a wall charger that came with my iPod mini.

I use my computer when I'm at home and a wall charger when I'm away. It's just too much hassle having to unplug the cable from my computer and having to get down on the floor to plug it into the wall charger (my sockets are under my desk).

Everything I ever need for my iPod came with my 40GB iPod Photo, including the wall charger.

my computers motherboard crashed, so i had a tech come in and install a new one. Shame he had to wreck half the usb drives whilst doing it! Now instead of having four at the front and four at the back, i only have the four at the back. :(

I use the wall charger unless I'm on a business trip, then I just take the USB cable & use my PC. On long vacation trips I'll bring the car adapter & battery pack (for long flights).

It depends. I have a dock that is connected to my surge protector and my computer. If my computer is off, I'd guess it'd charge from the power outlet.

I use a computer at home to charge my ipod, laptop at work, wallcharger on the go if need be. But with a new ipod I only charge when at home or syncing at work.
