PLEASSEEE HELP..IPOD MINI WONT BOOT UP..ALL THAT COMES UP IS A PIC OF AN IPOD WITH A SAD FACE..IF ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX IT THAT WOULD BE GREAT....THANK YOU

Welcome and turn off the caps lock. It is rude on the internet to type in all caps. It's considered yelling.
