Quick Anapod Question Regarding Artwork

Just one quick question to which I couldn't find an answer yet. I know that you can add artwork by having a folder.jpg file in the album's folder. Just wanted to know if it has to be a specific size (dimensions and/or kb size) or ratio (eg. equal side lengths or not).
