Bought a used Moto SLVR *Need Help*

OK, so I bought a used SLVR off of ebay and I need to delete the songs that are already on it and replace it with my songs.

When I plugin my phone, the other person's name comes up, how do I make the phone "mine"?

Like how can I erase everything of itunes from the phone?

Ok, so I formatted my card, but now I can't transfer music, because this pops up:

Anywayz... As with buying any used phone I tend to do a master reset and clear w/e stuff is left on the phone's memory. Then I format the memory card. Everything should be clear. As for changing the name.... I could only assume it's the same way you would change it on an iPod which is it just highlight the name in iTunes and just lick it again untul you can edit it and put your own name.

Just reformat everything.
IIRC it works the way it should like an iPod.
