My Creative EP630s came in the mail yesterday and so far they blow the Sony 51's out of the water. These provide a much clearer and less muddy bass sound. Compared to these, the Sonys sounded like I was standing outside of a car playing a really bad rap song.

Anyway, it just may be that I haven't used them long enough, but I can't seem to get as good a seal as I could with the Sonys. I used the medium sleeves on the Sonys and they fit great, but then I lost them and had to use the larges. Extremely uncomfortable. So, I bought these. I tried all of the sleeves and the mediums seem to have the best fit, but significantly less than the Sonys. All I have to do is basically touch them and they fall into my hands. I'm just wondering if I just need to wait a little while longer before I change something or if I need to look at other types of sleeves for these earphones? Is it possible for me to use the triple flange sleeves that I've been reading about? Could they even fit on these? Would I need to do some mods or something to get them to fit?

Thanks.

Okay, I used them for a couple of hours today and I am getting frustrated because they simply will not stay in my ear. Also, they do not isolate at all. I was watching tv while wearing these (no music playing), and I could hear everything coming from the tv as if I wasn't even wearing the phones. The sony's didn't completely isolate but they at least muted the outside world (meaning I could barely make out what someone was saying). I don't know what to do, I really like the sound quality, even without the good seal. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, it seems that the phones fit better in my right ear than my left ear. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks.

are these phones any good?

how do they compare to the CX300?

and how are you liking these?

I believe that these phones sound very very good. The are a whole lot better than the Sony EX51/71s. The phones have a much better sound overall. The bass is present but not overpowering allowing me to actually hear the treble. Also, the bass on the phones doesn't sound like the one note bass on the Sony's.

I've never tried the CX300's so I can't comment on if these are better.

As far as liking them, I really really like them. I had the whole problem with not getting a good seal and falling out of my ears all the time but I was able to fix it. I found out that with these phones, I need a small sleeve in my left ear and a medium sleeve in my right. Once I got a great seal, the sound improved so much more. If you are considering getting them, I would definitely recommend these over the Sonys.

I think the Sony sleeves will fit on the Creatives.
