I have the Sirius S50 portable radio - which I record hours of music and Howard Stern - and use it to run with (also listening to content by the pool, etc.) - just wondering if anyone has expereince with it and by chance is using the UE 5 Pro with it (or something similar). I am not sure if the upgraded earphones will enhance the sound quality or bring out the deficiencies more.

UE 5 Pros are great headphones. Obviously the sound will only be as good as the source material, so only you can decide whether or not it's worth it to spend the $ to upgrade to 5 Pro's over what you currently use (what do you use currently, anyway?).
Also, if you're going to use these while exercising, you will need to decide if it's worth exposing expensive headphones like 5 Pros to bumps and moisture ingress. Personally, I think using audiophile headphones while running or working out will not give you any additional benefit in sound quality since you'll be moving around a lot and will be introducing a lot of outside/ambient noise into your listening environment.

I think the super fi 5 pro would pair well with sirus.

Heck, almost any mid-end headphone (Shure e3, e4, UE Super.fi5 Pro, UE Super.fi 3, Etymotic ER-6) would be more than adequate for satellite radio.
