GARRRR It's driving me crazy!!!

Well,

3 or 4 months ago I finally conned my Father into getting me an iPod, but the catch was it was my Christmas present..so I'm having to wait till December 25th 2:30AM to get it..LOL

Anyways, it's been 3 months since he's had it at his Office at work. Yesterday, I went to his boot of the car to get some stuff out for him..and what did I see...The iPod Box!!! At the time he ordered it, it was a 30gig, no 40gigs yet. And get this, with the plastic wrapping OFF!!!!

I was so annoyed, but at the same time...First look I've seen of my Ipod. I slowly slid the perfect box cube off and saw the beautiful white device...I touched for the first time without a store clerk or a friend hanging around saying "That's enough now", or "Give it back". I touched the menu button and that apple Logo came up..I nearly flipped out and dropped the thing..so I decided to put it back in the box.

Then Today I e-mail him about school, In his reply I quote "Oh I had a look at the iPod." So the truth comes out..he OPENED IT!! He wrecked my experience...oh well.

Only 34 more days left till I can fully charge the baby, update the firmware and load my playlists on with EphPOD.

Maybe if you encourage him enough, your dad will fall in love with the 30 gig, keep it for himself, and then buy you the 40 gig.

i too have to wait until christmas... i've been killing the time by ripping all my cd's to music match. So far, I'm up to around 2,000 songs.

I would, but as of right now I only have win 98se, which iTunes doesn't support. I actually like music match a lot and will probably continue using it even after my upgrade to XP, but thanks anyway.
